HOW TO USE GPAY

Complete Guide Step-By-Step

REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT


  1. Go to GPAY sign-up page (https://www.gpay.my/app/index.php/authentication/register)
  2. Fill up all fields with your records
  3. Go through Google Captcha "I'm not a robot"
  4. Check as agree to the terms
  5. Click Register button


VERIFY EMAIL ONCE REGISTER DONE



  1. Once register form has been submitted, the verification box will be displayed as above
  2. Go to your registered email box and check the latest email from GPay.my
  3. In the content of email, click to Verify button as to verify the registration process from GPay.my
  4. Once verified, go back to login (https://www.gpay.my/app/index.php) and login with your username and password.


 

ACTIVATE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT


  1. Once login, you will be redirected to Purchase Order form. You will be asked for first Registration fee RM50.
  2. On the form, select Fast Start as Package. Then any preferred method as the payment method. All payment method is need verification by admin before the account activated. The process might take around 24-48 working hours after payment done.

    For Payment Method Credit/Debit/ Direct Online Banking FPX, you will be redirected to authorized SenangPay payment process and there have additional charges 3% as fee for each transaction via Payment Method Credit/Debit/ Direct Online Banking FPX. For Deposit via ATM, Manual Transfer, TT, you will be asked for payment slip as for the document support to be approved.

  3. Once filled up, then click Next to proceed.


 

UPDATE FOR COMPLETE PROFILE


  1. Once your payment has been verified and your account has been activated, you need to update your profile with complete data. You will be redirected to My Profile page and you need to fill up all required fields including Membership Type (either LA Genius Member or Non-Member).
  2. Click Edit button to save the input data.


 

CHANGE PASSWORD


  1. If you need to change your password, go to menu My Profile > Change Password
  2. On the Password Edit form, fill up the Old Password (Current Password) and your New Password
  3. Then, click Edit button. Change password is done


 

CHANGE SECURITY PASSWORD


*Security Password is the 2nd password, and the GPay system will ask user for the Security Password every time user do the Topup & Pay Bill transactions.

  1. If you need to change your security password, go to menu My Profile > My Profile
  2. On the top of My Profile form, fill up the Old Security Password (Current Security Password) and your New Security Password
  3. Then, click Edit button. Change Security Password is done


 

VIEW PANEL DASHBOARD


*Dashboard is the personalization screen for Distributor to monitor current data include profile, latest & total of introducee (downline), total balance of G-Credit, total G-Credit that has been utilized for transactions of Topup & Pay Bill, E-Wallet current balance & total of E-Wallet that has been withdrawn to Cash money.


 

MONITOR LIST OF DOWNLINE


  1. For monitor downline, go to menu Member > Downline List
  2. You can export the list to formating of either Excel, PDF or Print.


 

ADD NEW FREE ACCOUNT (BY LA GENIUS MEMBER)


  1. To add new free member (who are qualified to add few GPay member account depend on his purchase of LA Genius packages),  go to menu Member > Add New Member
  2. In Add New Member form, fill up all required fields
  3. Then click Create button
  4. To monitor back the added new member (downline),  go to menu Member > Downline List. The "Sponsored Member" (which mean the cost of membership will be paid directly to you) is marked with brown tick icon
  5. The person who own the new free account need to pay directly to his introducer because his introducer is eligible to receive the payment from the owner of the new created account
  6. The account is still pending, until Customer Service do verify and update the created new account with correct membership (either LA Genius Member or Non-Member)

 

 

 

ADD NEW DOWNLINE MEMBER


  1. To add new member (downline),  go to menu Member > Add New Member
  2. In Add New Member form, fill up all required fields
  3. Then click Create button
  4. To monitor back the added new member (downline),  go to menu Member > Downline List
  5. The person who own the new free account need to pay directly to his introducer because his introducer is eligible to receive the payment from the owner of the new created account
  6. The account is still pending, until Customer Service do verify and update the created new account with correct membership (either LA Genius Member or Non-Member)



PURCHASE G-CREDIT


* You must have sufficient G-Credit to proceed the transactions of Topup & Pay Bill through GPay.my. 

  1. If you want to buy more G-Credit, go to menu Package > Buy Package
  2. On the form, select Business Kit (R) as Package. Then any preferred method as the payment method.

    For Payment Method Credit/Debit/ Direct Online Banking FPX, you will be redirected to SenangPay payment process and the purchase order will be processed instantly if no any issues. For Deposit via ATM, Manual Transfer, TT, you will be asked for payment slip as for the document support to make payment approval. This payment method is need verification by admin before the order approved. The process might take around 24-48 hours after payment done.

  3. Once filled up, then click Next to proceed.


 

MONITOR ALL TRANSACTIONS OF PURCHASE


  1. To monitor the history of G-Credit purchase,  go to menu Package > Purchase History
  2. In Purchase History screen, you can monitor the summary in top summary panel.
  3. In Purchase History List, you can monitor the detail of transaction, able to sort by Start - End date. You able to export the list to either Excel, PDF or Print.


 

MONITOR ALL TRANSACTIONS OF G-CREDIT


  1. To monitor the statement of G-Credit,  go to menu G-Credit > G-Credit Statement
  2. In G-Credit Statement screen, you can monitor the summary in top summary panel.
  3. In Statement List, you can monitor the detail of transaction, able to sort by Start - End date. You able to export the list to either Excel, PDF or Print. All transaction include G-Credit usaged by transaction, your purchase of G-Credit and transaction of transfer will be recorded and can be monitored in the list.


 

TOPUP AIRTIME FOR TELCO MALAYSIA (INSTANT/ PIN-LESS)


  1. To proceed topup instantly to Malaysia's Telco,  go to menu Recharge Airtime > Topup (Malaysia)
  2. Enter Security Password and click Next button
  3. In 2nd screen, choose the Telco, then enter the beneficiary Phone Number (without country code. E.g: 0133211649). Then click Next button
  4. Select the available Amount (Recharge value depend on the selected Telco)
  5. Click Instant Transfer button.
  6. You will get the notification message either Success, Pending or Failed. 

    Success: Your request is successfully done

    Pending: The request might have delay due to several unexpected and unusual caused. You need to wait approximately 1-24 hours to re-process the request.

    Failed: Your request is failed might be due to lacked of facility, got unsufficient G-Credit, your input got error (not valid input) or other caused that might be unexpected result. You can proceed with 2nd request.


 

TOPUP AIRTIME FOR TELCO MALAYSIA (GENERATE PIN)


  1. To proceed topup by generate pin to Malaysia's Telco,  go to menu Recharge Airtime > Generate Pin (Malaysia)
  2. Enter Security Password and click Next button
  3. In 2nd screen, choose the Telco, then select available Amount (Recharge value depend on the selected Telco). 
  4. Click Generate Pin button.
  5. You will get the notification message either Success, Pending or Failed. 

    Success: Your request is successfully done

    Pending: The request might have delay due to several unexpected and unusual caused. You need to wait approximately 1-24 hours to re-process the request.

    Failed: Your request is failed might be due to lacked of facility, got unsufficient G-Credit, your input got error (not valid input) or other caused that might be unexpected result. You can proceed with 2nd request.


 

PAY BILL FOR TELCO MALAYSIA



  1. To proceed Pay Bill to Malaysia's Telco, go to menu Pay Bill > Pay Telco (Malaysia)
  2. Enter Security Password and click Next button
  3. In 2nd screen, choose the Telco
  4. Then enter the Account Number (the Account Number means the registered Phone Number)
  5. Click Next button.
  6. In 3rd screen, enter Amount of Payment
  7. Then click Pay Bill Now button
  8. You will get the notification message either Success, Pending or Failed. 

    Success: Your request is successfully done

    Pending: The request might have delay due to several unexpected and unusual caused. You need to wait approximately 1-24 hours to re-process the request.

    Failed: Your request is failed might be due to lacked of facility, got unsufficient G-Credit, your input got error (not valid input) or other caused that might be unexpected result. You can proceed with 2nd request.


 

PAY BILL FOR UTILITY MALAYSIA



  1. To proceed Pay Bill to Malaysia's Utility agency, go to menu Pay Bill > Pay Utility (Malaysia)
  2. Enter Security Password and click Next button
  3. In 2nd screen, choose the Utilities
  4. Then enter the Account Number (do ensure the input is valid and correct)
  5. Click Next button.
  6. In 3rd screen, enter Amount of Payment
  7. Then click Pay Bill Now button
  8. You will get the notification message either Success, Pending or Failed. 

    Success: Your request is successfully done

    Pending: The request might have delay due to several unexpected and unusual caused. You need to wait approximately 1-24 hours to re-process the request.

    Failed: Your request is failed might be due to lacked of facility, got unsufficient G-Credit, your input got error (not valid input) or other caused that might be unexpected result. You can proceed with 2nd request.


 

MONITOR E-WALLET'S STATEMENT


  1. To monitor the E-Wallet statement, go to menu E-Wallet > E-Wallet Statement
  2. In E-Wallet Statement screen, you can monitor the summary in top summary panel.
  3. In E-Wallet Statement List, you can monitor the detail of transaction, able to sort by Start - End date. You able to export the list to either Excel, PDF or Print.
    * You will get the bonus via E-Wallet. You can withdraw E-Wallet in any date. The process of E-Wallet on every 1st date of month. The process will take approximately 5 working days for completely cash being transfered to your Bank Account.


 

WITHDRAW E-WALLET TO YOUR ACCOUNT BANK


  1. To proceed withdraw E-Wallet, go to menu E-Wallet > Withdraw
  2. In Withdraw screen, you can monitor the balance of your current E-Wallet
  3. Enter the amount of withdraw in Debit field
  4. Click Request Now button
    * You can withdraw E-Wallet in any date. The process of E-Wallet on every 1st date of month. The process will take approximately 5 working days for completely cash being transfered to your Bank Account. Every transaction of withdraw will have admin fee. The balance must sufficient including admin fee, then will be allowed to proceed the withdrawal process.


 

MONITOR WITHDRAW HISTORY


  1. To monitor E-Wallet Withdrawal History, go to menu E-Wallet > Withdraw History
  2. In Withdraw History screen, you can monitor the summary in top summary panel.
  3. In Withdraw History List, you can monitor the detail of transaction, able to sort by Start - End date. You able to export the list to either Excel, PDF or Print. All transaction of E-Wallet Withdrawal Process will be recorded and can be monitored in the list.
